Introduction
The basis of this post is to give a slight introduction of myself and the direction I will be taking this blog. Firstly my name is Kyle, 25, 5'9", 175, happily married, I am a nerd at heart but have a passion for fitness, video games, the outdoors, hunting and guns in general. I intend to use this blog as a fitness log/athlete journal. I will occasionally talk about my other passions but this will mostly be a straightforward blog for me to log my fitness.
Why I Train: RUN FAST LIFT HEAVY
The reason for my training is a vast field but has a narrow stream that leads directly to my goals. The vast reasons being my overall health, wanting to be able to run around with my grand-kids in the future, and being fit enough to take care of my family if I needed to. The later being the most important, I thoroughly believe a man should have the knowledge and tools to protect their loved ones. The streams are more specific goals and dreams, specifically my future career field , which will require an extreme fitness level,.
Training:
I follow a basic outline and diet, I will not be focusing this blog on my diet; however, I eat generally clean 80% of the time and may pick up on posting my food at a later date.
